Having this broad assortment of products on hand still doesn’t necessarily mean full compliance has been reached. Depending on the type of business you run - there may be a wide variety of possible problems, and it’s important to be prepared. For example, a small clerical office with a small number of employees would be well-stocked if it maintained the items on this list. However, higher risk environments like restaurants or manufacturing plants, might need additional items to cover unique injuries or problems common to that industry. As an employer, you are responsible for anticipating the hazards of your environment and preparing accordingly.
